Yes! My website is SSL-encrypted through the ecommerce platform Big Cartel. Payments are made through Stripe (also encrypted and secure), which accepts most major credit cards. More details about the security of these companies can be found online.
Do you offer refunds, accept returns, or exchanges?
All sales are final! I do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges. I am not responsible for damages incurred while shipping, or lost/stolen packages. I am also not liable for any damages while in possession of the buyer.
What materials do you use?
I use high quality oil paints and mediums produced by Gamblin here in the U.S. I am not affiliated with them, I just love their products!
I paint on solid, archival substrates due to the durability they provide vs. the flexibility of stretched canvas or linen.
